Mara’s free plan includes access to all core features, including client management, appointment scheduling, therapy notes, task management, and invoicing. The free plan has a limit of 7 clients.
When you reach the client limit on the free plan, you’ll need to upgrade to the professional plan to add more clients.
The professional plan costs $30 per month. You get two-months free by paying annually ($300 per year, instead of a total of $360 if you paid monthly).
To upgrade from the free plan to the professional plan, simply go to your account settings and select the upgrade option. You’ll be prompted to enter your payment information.
When on the free plan, a non-intrusive reminder shows up then you hit your 7 client limit.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, you’ll have access to the professional plan features until the end of your billing period.
Mara does not charge any additional fees for using its payment processing options. However, our partner payment processor charges a 2.9% fee for processing credit card payments, which will be outlined in their terms and conditions.
Yes, all payment information is securely stored and processed through Stripe, a leading payment processing platform.
